Empowered wellness started as a small idea and a need to break the mold corporate America had fashioned me into. I finally broke through and took the leap of faith. I alone could empower myself to make my dreams become a reality and that my knowledge of nutrition, my passion for helping people, and my ultimate love for healing would lead me to success. I am now free from the corporate entities that bound my ability to do what I love most; help people learn, set goals, chance, and recognize the importance of nutrition and wellness in their lives. I was empowered to make this drastic change and recognized that through this empowerment lay the key to my success. Thus our name and founding principal, “Empower, and those you empower will succeed.”
